• Account information such as your email, name, profile image, and authentication details when you sign up or sign in with email or Google.
• Content you submit, such as the video links you share into ReelPin.
• Processed and derived data: extracted titles, summaries, transcripts, categories, locations, people, action items, and saved reel metadata.
• Location information, when you grant permission, used to center the map near you while the app is in use.
• Device and app information such as push notification tokens, platform type, app version, and technical diagnostics.

• To create and manage your account.
• To process shared links and return saved reel content and extracted insights.
• To sync saved reels across sessions and display them in the app.
• To power map views and location-based features when permission is granted.
• To send push notifications when a saved reel has finished processing.
• To secure, maintain, debug, and improve ReelPin, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate ReelPin, including authentication, database, and storage providers (Supabase), push notification providers (Firebase Cloud Messaging), maps and geocoding providers (Google Maps Platform), hosting and background job infrastructure, and AI and data-processing providers that help analyze shared content.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

We keep account information and saved reel data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Push tokens, logs, and technical records may be kept for a shorter period.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a deletion request.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

ReelPin is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
